Is the right of withdrawal applicable?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw your order within 30days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). This means you can return the products within 14 days for a full refund of the order amount.

Which products are covered by the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal applies to most products purchased at OGXMods, except for:

• Customized or made-to-order products, such as engraved parts.

• Digital products or software that have been opened or used after delivery.

• Opened or used modchips and other electronic products that have been soldered or whose seal has been broken.

How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement via email to retour@ogxmods.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return. You may also use the legally provided withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

When does the right of withdrawal expire?
The right of withdrawal expires if you do not return the products within 30 days of receipt, or if the products have been used, opened (if sealed), or damaged.

Refund
If the return meets the conditions, we will refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving the return notification. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs
The costs for returning products are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transport.
