It is also the cable you want if you use a breakaway dongle for softmod work and would rather not crawl behind the console every time.

Installation
Difficulty: Easy. No tools, no soldering, no time at all. Male end into the console port, controller into the female end.
Compatibility
Works with the Original Xbox controller connector, so both the Duke and the Controller S, and with the standard breakaway dongle both controllers use. Console side, it plugs into any of the four controller ports on any motherboard revision (1.0 through 1.6b) — the port is identical across all of them.
