Original Xbox Parts

Everything in this category came out of a real console. These are OEM pulls — parts made for the Original Xbox during its production run, removed from donor units, cleaned and tested. When you’re repairing a console you intend to keep, OEM is usually the right call: the fit is exact, the connectors are right, and there is no guessing about tolerances.
Power supplies
We stock several Delta units: the Delta DPSN-96BP-1, the DPSN-96AP-1 and the Delta DPSN-96DP-1 (220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.2 A). The Original Xbox shipped with PSUs from more than one manufacturer, and within the scene the Delta units have the better reputation for longevity. PSUs are not universally interchangeable across revisions — the connector and pinout changed during the console’s life.
⚠️ Safety. These units run on mains voltage and their internal capacitors can hold a dangerous charge after being unplugged. Do not open a PSU casing. Fit it as a sealed unit, or have someone qualified do the work. If a PSU smells burnt, is bulging, or has visibly leaked, bin it rather than gambling with it.
Cooling fans
Original 70 mm fans in several flavours: Minebea 2810KL-04W-B50, Nidec e35163-55MIC, Original Xbox Fan Delta AUB0712HH and Sunon PKD1207PTV1-A. Microsoft used whichever supplier was available, so the fan in your console may not match the one in the next. All of these are OEM-spec replacements for a console that has started to sound like a hairdryerOptical drives and mechanics
Original Xbox DVD Drive Hitachi-LG GDR-8050L and the Thomson drive, plus the Original Xbox DVD Drive Bracket and the Original Xbox HDD Mount Bracket. Drive brand matters: the Thomson units have the weakest reputation for reliability in long-term use, while the Philips and Samsung drives are generally considered the more robust choicesBoard-level and cosmetic parts

Motherboards
We occasionally list complete boards: Original Xbox Motherboard XBlade V1.4 and Original Xbox Motherboard V1.6A (used). Read this before you buy one: the Xbox hard drive is locked to the motherboard’s EEPROM. Swap the board without transferring the EEPROM data or the HDD key and the console will not boot from that drive.
